Sterling VA Homes For Sale

Just south of Potomac Falls is Sterling, Virginia. Part of Loudoun County, the community has a population of about 28,000 residents. The area was originally devoted to agriculture and in fact, derived its name from Sterling Farms. Modern day residential development began around 1961 when a businessman named Marvin Broyhill and his son Marvin, Jr, came up with a plan to market prefabricated steel homes for a less than average cost. Today, this popular suburb is part of a thriving high-tech business corridor. For more info on Sterling VA homes for sale, contact Andre Perez for more information at (202) 798-3600!
