Up in the northwestern corner of Alexandria, Virginia is the venerable Park Place—a former apartment complex delivered in 1965 and later converted to condos for sale. With 401 residences and 15 ground floor commercial spaces, this is one of the larger developments in the area. It also offers a lot of bang for the buck.
