As for the rest of Merrifield, you can expect a pleasant commuter suburb with a variety of properties for sale, starting with one-bedroom condos at around $150,000 and climbing into the high-six figure range for luxury townhouses. Single family homes also cover a lot of territory, from the low $300's all the way to a $2.1 million custom-built home that's currently on the market. The majority of single-family listings are four and five-bedroom brick contemporary Colonials typically listing between $400,000 and $700,000.
