Before settlers arrived, the land was home to the Monocam and Mannahoak indigenous tribes. From the post-World War II era to 1970, the area was used for corn agriculture. Today, this charming residential development is known for well-kept Colonial-style homes, plenty of wide-open spaces and a very involved local community.
